I’m not really confortable to comment on these alerts of September 7, for this good reason that the great majority of the countries of the world reveal themselves in stand by, in pause mode.
Such a collective phenomenon is in itself a big questioning.

Extension of pandemia related to virus X
Radical change of policy of the international backers (?) which would push a number of countries in situation of quasi-bankruptcy.
