Pas de changements notables de la situation.

La crise institutionnelle se révèle essentiellement Canadienne. Il n'est pas impossible que la diversité des provinces se montre en profond désaccord sur la façon de gérer cette crise, et la répartition éventuelle des aides allouées ou des efforts à fournir. L'aspect linguistique, contrairement à la Belgique, semble secondaire.

La question des pouvoirs politiques entre fédération et provinces semble plus au coeur des débats.

Respected sirs and madams,I have quite a few isquteons in need of answers. It would be great if you could help me out. My girlfriend is a final year medical student. We both studied at a foreign medical university, called Vitebsk State Medical University, which is recognized by FAIMERS. She is not a resident or citizen of Canada. I, on the other hand, have been a Canadian resident for a mere 8 years and have been a citizen for 4 years. She desperately wants to come into Canada in my place of residence to do her postgraduate education in Social and Preventive medicine. It would be great of you if you could provide me with the details needed to apply in that source of field, possibly in Calgary, Alberta or any university nearby. Awaiting your reply.Rishi Kuma
